How It Works

Step 1: Sign Up

Create an account by signing up on our platform. Then create staff-level credentials so your employees can respond to requests. Your manager-level account will have access to the Manager Dashboard, where you can create and manage tables, handle billing, and review analytics.

Step 2: Add Tables

Use the Manager Dashboard to create and manage tables. Your first table comes free of charge, so you can test the iServer platform with zero risk. Each table receives a custom QR code, which can either be placed in common table tents using our pre-generated 4"x6" flyers, or downloaded as raw PNGs that you are free to embed in custom graphic design as suits your restaurant. Please contact our team if you would like assistance with custom design, and we will be happy to help.

Step 3: Customers Access Our Service

Customers scan the QR code at their table, leading to a page where they can tap a button to call a waiter, choose from a pre-selected set of common requests, or make custom requests. When a request is made, we will notify your staff via push notification on their smart device, and the request will appear in your restaurant's Request Page.

Step 4: View and Respond to Requests

You and your staff can mark requests as 'Acknowledged' when received and 'Fulfilled' when completed. Requests are timestamped and stored in a relational database, enabling robust analytics. You can view all requests at once, or select any subset of tables to monitor, so your waiters can focus their attention on the specific tables to which they're assigned.
